Mug Rug

I love making these things.  So easy and so fun to look at when they're finished. 

Tomorrow is the BIG day!!!  I went for a 2.25 mile run this morning.  Normally I'd do a longer run, but I want to make sure I've got gas in the tank tomorrow for my triathlon!!  I'm EXCITED and NERVOUS!!!  Who knows . . . maybe this time next year I'll be competing in KONA!!!  Ha!
