To Bury . . . or Not to Bury??

This is a silent auction quilt made by one of my coworkers for her son's school.  For the last couple of years she has asked me to quilt the quilts for her.  So, this past weekend I quilted it up and who knew that it would take almost as much time to bury the threads as it did to quilt it?!!  The auction is a week from Friday so good luck!

So, what's the consensus . . . to bury . . . or not to bury??

I think you know your own answer. I would take the time to bury the knots, just knowing that is the finishing.

Yeah, sadly I think you have to bury as well - just to know it is done properly and less likely to come undone in the future!

That is so cute..... the threads must go.... I have to admit to having been taught to do about 6 very close stitches and cutting them off close....
